The useless bolt given purpose

The Cervelo P3 has a fixing bolt on the frame that seems to be totally useless.

I read that it was for aero bottles etc, but I cant find anyone who manufactures a product that utilises that bolt.

So I gave it purpose as an elastic band hook for the right shoe.

Step one, 

Find a crimp connector with the right diameter hole for the mount bolt 

Step two,

Cut the end off

Step three,

Bend it 90 degrees

Step four,

Bolt it on, job done
